All Pampered Pets

All Pampered Pets was created to allow you worry-free time away from home. The basic visit charge includes all of the following services - you simply need to check which ones you'd like preformed on the detailed Care Instruction form during your initial consultation.

All Pampered Pets understands the importance of the extra little things needed to keep consistency in your home. We charge one rate for all of your pets (with the exception of regular dog walking/running services). We charge by time, not by number of pets, or number of services requested. 

• Pet Walk or Exercise
• Lots of Playtime, Hugs, and Fun (and treats if allowed!)
• Mail/Newspaper Retrieval
• Visit Checklists, Notes, & Pictures
• Emailed Status Reports (as requested)
• Feeding, Watering (of animals and plants)
• Medication Administration, including Injections & Sub-Q*
• Sprinkler, Lights, TV/Radio, and Blinds rotation
• Health Check
• Door & Window Check
• Other basic house tasks as agreed upon

INITIAL CONSULTATION ----- 30-90 minutes
At this visit you will have the chance to interview the pet sitter to make sure the sitter is a good match for your pet. We can complete the necessary paperwork, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. Minimum 30 minutes. Please plan to complete this meeting 48 hours prior to service.

OVERNIGHT PAMPERING
Overnight pampering lets your pet stay in the comfort of their own home while you’re away. The sitter will come in the evening take care of all your pets needs as outlined by you. The evening is spent together and you never have to worry about your baby being home alone at night. This is a great option for multiple pet households.                                                                                                          
$69 per night

AN HOUR OF PAMPERING ----- Minimum 60-70 minutes
This visit is an hour of fun! This is just right for high-energy dogs who need extra energy release or play time. It's also great for dogs or cats with special needs, separation anxiety, or those who need a little more daytime attention and play. This is also popular with our daily dog walking clients. Often when clients head out of town, they mix up the hour visit and shorter visits for a complete pampering experience.
$28 per visit

EXTENDED PAMPERING -----Minimum 40-45 minutes
This visit is best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs. For clients who want a little more than a 30 minute visit, the extended visit gives time for extra play, brushing, or just a little TLC and company.
$23 per visit

PAMPERED QUICK STOP----- Minimum 15-20 minutes
A quick stop can be used as a quick turnout or potty break, litter box cleaning, or even a 3rd visit for potty break, TLC, or feeding.
$17 per visit

DROP BY--- 5 Minutes or less
A quick drop by visit to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc.
$15 per visit

COMING HOME
All Pampered Pets will be happy to shop for a few basics to have ready when you get home. Groceries, flowers, just name it.
$25 plus cost of groceries

PAMPERED PETS PET TAXI
Pampered Pets will gladly accompany your pet to a vet visit or trip to the groomer's.
$20 round trip (10 mile radius) Pampered Pets is available to stay with your pet if you desire. We will record notes from the vet visit, pick up prescription medications, and of course, hold a paw during shots!                                                                                                        
$25 hour (billed on the quarter hour)

SERVICE CALL
Is it hard for you to break away from work to meet the plumber or other service pro? Pampered Pets will meet them at your home for you… Of course, we will be playing with your pets while we wait! Does your pet hate the maid? We'll keep them entertained so your whole house can get cleaned.
$25 per hour

IMPORTANT TERMS
Payment is due before service starts. A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each service, before each service start. With permission you may leave a check in full and the completed Service Request for the first visit. However, your pet sitter must leave your home without providing any service if you forget either item.
Our official refund schedule is listed below. However, we are usually generous with last minute cancellations for regular clients. We know things come up!

0-48 Hrs Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
2-7 Days 20% of Service total is due (80% refund)
8+ Days No charge, refund in full

Additional Fees - Charged as needed
An additional fee or extra visit may be charged for each service that must be preformed in the case of significant or difficult-to-clean accidents, emergencies, or other special situations. All Pampered Pets may or may not attempt to contact owners or obtain permission before providing these services.
